Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control operations of the spray drying plant
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI
,
FSSC 22000
,
HACCP
, and other food safety standards
Oversee raw material, in-process, and final product testing (moisture, solubility, microbial, etc.)
Maintain all documentation for traceability, SOPs, and batch records
Handle
internal audits
and coordinate with external auditors and customers
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Train and manage a team of lab technicians and QA/QC supervisors
Monitor hygiene, pest control, calibration, and GMP across the plant
Ensure accurate CoA and label declarations for dispatch-ready products

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.Sc in
Food Technology
,
Dairy Technology
, or related field
510 years of quality control/assurance experience in
food manufacturing
; minimum 2 years in
spray drying or powder-based processing
preferred
Strong knowledge of
food regulations
,
lab instruments
, and
QMS systems
Excellent documentation, audit handling, and team leadership skills
Ready to relocate or work full-time from
Dhule, Maharashtra
