Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control operations of the spray drying plant Ensure compliance with FSSAI , FSSC 22000 , HACCP , and other food safety standards Oversee raw material, in-process, and final product testing (moisture, solubility, microbial, etc.) Maintain all documentation for traceability, SOPs, and batch records Handle internal audits and coordinate with external auditors and customers Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) Train and manage a team of lab technicians and QA/QC supervisors Monitor hygiene, pest control, calibration, and GMP across the plant Ensure accurate CoA and label declarations for dispatch-ready products Preferred candidate profile B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.Sc in Food Technology , Dairy Technology , or related field 510 years of quality control/assurance experience in food manufacturing ; minimum 2 years in spray drying or powder-based processing preferred Strong knowledge of food regulations , lab instruments , and QMS systems Excellent documentation, audit handling, and team leadership skills Ready to relocate or work full-time from Dhule, Maharashtra

Role : Plant Head Operations Reports To : VP Location : Karjan Role Overview We are seeking a driven and technically sound professional to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the factory. The role demands strong leadership, process discipline, and the ability to drive improvements in efficiency, safety, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of daily manufacturing operations and ensure seamless execution. Lead and improve production processes involving spray drying and glass-line reactors. Implement structured workflows and ensure adherence to SOPs across the plant. Lead operational enhancements that deliver measurable cost or efficiency gains. Build a strong team culture, manage staff, and ensure task accountability. Develop and enforce a preventive maintenance schedule and respond swiftly to breakdowns. Interpret and act on data via factory MIS reports to drive performance. Liaise effectively with external/local stakeholders as needed (knowledge of Gujarati is a bonus). Candidate Requirements Hands-on experience operating or commissioning spray dryers or GLRs. Ability to lead a factory workforce with clarity, discipline, and structure. Past experience improving operations through technical or process interventions. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Proficiency in monitoring plant KPIs and taking action to improve them. Exposure to growing businesses or startup-like manufacturing setups is preferred.

Experience in scaling production , troubleshooting spray drying equipment, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives is a strong advantage. About the Role: This is a leadership position with full ownership of the production floor, reporting to senior management. For Production : Exposure pertaining to groninger vial filling , groninger bottle filling, fedegari autoclave, NKP vial filling machine, lyophilizer , spray dryer , aseptic process, complex manufacturing, exposure to CIP/SIP, skid manufacturing, pre filling syringe , QMS is required. Experience required is 2-6 yrs. For Engineering : Should to preventive/ breakdowns maintenance of sterile manufacturing plant, maintenance of autoclave, filling machine - vial, bottle, ampoule, ophthalmic, lyophilizer, freeze dryer machine , BFS machine is required.
