1. Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the QA department, ensuring all activities align with business goals and customer requirements.
2. Carry out Lay out inspection, Process, Product & ESD audit on shop floor.
3. Lead the development and execution of quality assurance plans for products, including both manual and automated testing strategies.
4.Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement changes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
5. Monitoring in-process & Final quality inspection with QMS documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies regarding quality assurance processes.
7. Managing out fault finding & analysis of NC product & resolves the problem by taking CAPA .
8.Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives were met and customer expectations exceeded.
9.Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
