We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Quality Head to lead the Quality Assurance and Food Safety functions across our manufacturing units. The role requires an individual with deep technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing quality systems for large-scale FMCG operations involving multiple product categories.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) across production units.
Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and internal audit standards.
Oversee the execution of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and hygiene protocols.
Manage and mentor a large, multi-level team of quality professionals, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and capability development.
Conduct root-cause analysis, implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and minimize product non-conformance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain to embed quality into all processes.
Represent the organization during external audits and regulatory inspections.
Drive initiatives for quality culture transformation, product traceability, and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a leadership role as Quality Head in a reputed FMCG company, handling multiple product lines and a large team.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology (mandatory).
Age: Minimum 35 years.
Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of food safety systems and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent team leadership and communication abilities.

Notice Period: Candidate must be available to join within 1 month of selection.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
