Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with proven expertise in ASME U Stamp certification and implementation. The ideal candidate will lead the QA/QC function, manage client inspections, and ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, and customer-specific standards. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and maintain ASME U Stamp Quality System. · Coordinate with Authorized Inspection Agencies (AIAs). · Prepare and manage Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and Manufacturing Data Records (MDR). · Oversee welding activities, WPS/PQR/WPQ in line with ASME Section IX. · Supervise NDT activities (RT, UT, PT, MT) and interpret reports. · Manage NCRs, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions. · Ensure ISO 9001 QMS compliance. · Train and lead a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent). · Minimum 8 years’ experience in QA/QC in pressure vessel or oil & gas fabrication. · Hands-on experience in ASME U Stamp audits and documentation. · Certified Lead Auditor – ISO 9001:2015 (preferred). · NDT Level II or CWI/CSWIP certification (added advantage). · Strong documentation and communication skills.
