Responsibilities:


Advanced knowledge in dealing with troubleshooting processes and ticket systems

·   Analysis and troubleshooting with appropriate tools


Extensive expertise, skills, and competencies in Quality Management & Quality Assurance Ability to create and maintain quality management artifacts

·   Quality Management Strategy ·   Quality Management Acceptance Criteria ·   Risk Management Advanced knowledge of error management processes and ticket systems


Confident handling of the Atlassian toolchain (Confluence, Jira) Fluent in written and spoken English Very good analytical and planning skills as well as problem-solving competence High Level of commitment, Teamwork and communication skills Strong target and result orientation


Advanced knowledge of the following technologies:

·   (AutoEdge) Container   ·   Android    ·   Web Applications


MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Confluence Jira
