Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Identify quality-related training needs and provide necessary training to employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency
• Manage quality documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Stay updated on industry best practices and quality trends
• Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related matters
• Communicate quality performance and issues to senior management
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Quality with 8-10 years of experience within the Real Estate industry.
• Must have worked with Real Estate Developer
• Must have knowledge of working on MS Excel
