We are looking for a Quality Head for a manufacturing industry, with excellent English skills to handle both international and domestic sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establish the quality management system and procedures.
• Management representative for IATF and EHS requirements for the plant
• Work with a third party on certifications of applicable standards.
• Ensure that the quality control procedures are implemented during every step of the production process
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits.
• Establish and implement the Inspection and Test Plan.
• Ensure the availability of required tools, including calibrated measuring equipment.
• Take appropriate corrective actions on identified problems.
• Take decisions for containment actions based on internal complaints / external complaints effecting the product quality including call back
• Identify potential sources of error and suggest ways to eliminate them. (Preventive Actions)
• Perform statistical analysis of test results.
• Participate in the supplier selection process.
• Reviewing the documents submitted by the suppliers and in-site audit
• Periodic evaluations of suppliers' performances
• Support the supplier performance improvement process
• Verify that specifications provided by customers have been correctly understood and transferred in the internal documents.
• Periodic meetings with customers
• Responding to customer complaints related to the product quality, conducting the root cause analysis and taking necessary corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation
• Keep track of quality training attended by staff.
• Report quality findings and issues to superiors whenever necessary.
• Coordinate efforts among different departments within an organization.
• Compile quality information needed for the management review.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial statements.
• Conducting research into emerging technologies;

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
