About the Company:
The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing brand offering high-quality wellness and lifestyle products. We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining inspection records, and handling data entry and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products

· Identify defects or deviations and take corrective actions in coordination with relevant teams

· Ensure compliance with product specifications, packaging standards, and company guidelines

· Maintain accurate documentation and inspection reports for internal and external use

· Enter and manage quality-related data in spreadsheets or internal software

· Prepare records for audits and assist with certification processes

· Monitor vendor and supplier quality and provide regular feedback

· Work closely with production and dispatch teams to maintain end-to-end quality assurance

· Suggest process improvements based on data analysis and recurring issues

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role

· Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and documentation procedures

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and analysis

· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Good written and verbal communication skills
