Roles and Responsibilities Identify, research, and qualify potential leads in the Indian market across multiple industries. Ensure that field sales team is having enough new meetings scheduled for upcoming dates. Generate interest through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels like Lusha and other lead generation add ons. Have the ability to communicate with CXO’s , GC’s , Company Secretary and Compliance Officers of various companies. Nurture prospects and schedule qualified meetings/demos for the field sales team. Collaborate with the marketing team for targeted campaigns and events. Understand and articulate Lexplosion’s compliance management solutions and value proposition. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings. Provide regular feedback from prospects to improve product positioning and sales strategies.. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 2–4 years of experience in inside sales / business development, preferably in SaaS, enterprise technology, or compliance/Regulatory Tech solutions. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRMs, and digital prospecting methods. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a target-driven environment. Understanding of compliance, governance, or enterprise technology solutions is a plus.
