Skills:

• Quality Management System Implementation and Maintenance:

  Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) specific to thermal power projects in alignment with international standards and Adanis quality policies.

• Quality Planning and Assurance:

  Define project-specific quality objectives and deliverables, ensuring all processes meet compliance and technical specifications throughout project life cycles, from design through commissioning and handover.

• Inspection and Testing Coordination:

  Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of inspections and testing activities on critical equipment and systems to ensure conformity to project requirements and industry standards.

• Vendor and Supplier Quality Management:

  Evaluate and audit suppliers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality criteria. Facilitate corrective actions and continuous improvements in collaboration with procurement and project teams.

• Non-Conformance Management:

  Identify, document, and manage non-conformances related to materials, workmanship, and processes, ensuring root cause analysis and timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• Quality Training and Awareness:

  Lead training sessions to promote quality awareness and best practices among project teams, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  Prepare detailed quality reports, audits, and project quality documentation to support transparency and traceability, facilitating management reviews and regulatory compliance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with engineering, project management, operations, and safety teams to ensure integrated quality control throughout project phases.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Initiate and lead quality improvement initiatives utilizing data-driven analysis and lean methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency and reduce rework.

• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

  Ensure all quality processes comply with statutory and environmental regulations as well as Adanis internal standards and sustainability commitments.

• Customer Focus:

  Engage with clients and stakeholders proactively to understand quality expectations and ensure satisfaction through superior quality management practices.

Education Qualification

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical.

Experience:

8-15 Years in Power/Energy Industry with a focus on Thermal Projects and Field Quality.
