Job Purpose

We are looking for skilled Quality Engineers to join our machine shop team. You will ensure product quality through inspections, process improvements, and close collaboration with the production team. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control systems for machine shop operations.Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.Identify root causes of defects and drive corrective preventive actions (CAPA).Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality data logs.Perform dimensional mechanical testing using precision instruments.Carry out Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) when required.Train shop floor personnel on quality standards and processes.Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / industry-specific quality standards.

Qualifications Skills Required
