Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    We are looking for a highly experienced Quality Manager with 12-15 years of experience in the precast industry to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and that our processes are efficient and effective. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team and make a significant impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Develop and implement quality management strategies to ensure product quality meets industry standards - Establish quality control procedures and guidelines to maintain efficient operations - Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets objectives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Analyze data and quality metrics to monitor performance and identify trends - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills within the organization - Drive a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization

Technical Competencies


    Proficiency in quality management systems ,In-depth knowledge of precast industry processes and best practices ,Experience with quality assurance tools and software ,Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the precast industry

Qualifications and Experience


    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 12-15 years of experience in the precast industry
