Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Quality Engineer will oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with company and client standards. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, analyzing production processes, implementing quality standards, troubleshooting quality-related issues, preparing data reports, and collaborating with teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, and process improvement
• Proficiency in quality management systems, ISO standards, and statistical process control (SPC)
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and testing methods
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in the automotive or bearings industry is a plus
