Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities1. Li-ion Battery Manufacturing Process, ESD, and Reliability Testing

● Oversee lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes ensuring compliance with quality standards.

● Implement and monitor ESD and reliability testing protocols.

2. Production Monitoring & Evaluation

● Regularly assess and analyze internal production processes to identify areas of improvement.

● Ensure operational efficiency and process effectiveness.

3. Product Quality Evaluation

● Inspect final product output for quality assurance and conformity to specifications.

● Ensure only high-quality products are delivered to customers.

4. Electrical Parameter Testing

● Conduct rigorous electrical parameter testing on final finished battery products.

● Ensure all tests are aligned with control plans and compliance standards.

5. Documentation & Record Management

● Prepare and maintain quality records, MIS reports, and documentation for audits.

● Create inspection plans, work instructions, and quality assurance specifications.

6. Material Management

● Coordinate with departments to ensure timely material availability as per the dispatch plan.

● Inspect and approve incoming materials through visual and measurement checks.

● Reject and return non-conforming materials.

7. Scrap & Non-Conformance Analysis

● Analyze major scrap using quality tools.

● Work with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) for corrective and preventive actions.

8. Continuous Improvement Initiatives

● Actively participate in 5S and Quality Circle programs.

● Drive quality improvement culture within the team.

9. Auditing

● Conduct regular process audits as per schedule.

● Identify gaps, document findings, and implement corrective actions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
