Job Description

We have 3 requirements for our New Plant at Nashik location.

1. Engineer - In-Process Quality (Female candidate prefer)

2. Sr. Engineer - QMS (Male candidate prefer)

3. Engineer - Supplier Quality (Male candidate prefer)

JD for In-Process Quality:-

Responsible for to conduct SPC study ,MSA Study as per Plan & take appropriate action.
Responsible for monitoring, control, analysis and implement decided actions on product safety characteristics control.
Responsible for all in process quality activity implemetation and sustainance on assly line Prepare the layout inspection / SPC for trial samples.
Prepare Quality alerts after received customer concerns.
Prepare and maintain of all Quality records Updation of quality reports as per modification/requirement Prepare Quality alerts after received customer concerns.
Prepare and maintain of all Quality records Ensure all relevant docs, records, trends are updated and kept properly Carry out all activities assigned from time to time Shift wise
Line handling with day to day inprocess quality acitivty Maintain & Monitor 5S Standard, IATF 16949 compliance, MPA requirement, CSR compliance at Inprocess Inspection area Ensure Inspector Training as per Plan Day to day inprocess quality to taken care Should be Internal IATF auditor -Able to conduct system audit .
