Job Description

Experience:

Roles & Responsibilities

Own quality assessments of deliverables and user stories within and across squads
Automate complex user stories and maintain a robust automation test suite
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defects and adopt an SDET mindset
Prepare and maintain test documentation including RTM, Test Plan, and Test Strategy
Perform end-to-end testing across UI and API layers for comprehensive coverage
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with developers and product owners
Ensure high product quality for large-scale banking applications
Drive quality engineering initiatives with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Candidate Profile

57 years of hands-on experience in Quality Engineering and Automation
Strong programming expertise in Java
Proven experience in UI automation (Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG) and API automation (Rest Assured, JUnit, Mockito, Spring Boot)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery models
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams
