Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Engineer with 0–3years of experience to support our quality control and assurance processes. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in manufacturing quality management and eager to learn and grow in the building products industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality inspection procedures and work instructions.
• Record inspection data, maintain quality logs, and report non-conformities to seniors.
• Support root cause analysis for defects and assist in corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Help with calibration of measuring instruments and maintain equipment records.
• Work closely with production and stores teams to ensure material quality standards are met.
• Support in internal audits and supplier inspections when required.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and learn quality tools & techniques.

Skills and Competencies

• Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Materials, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience: 0–3 years in a manufacturing or construction products environment (QC/QA preferred).
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection tools (callipers, micrometres, moisture meter).
• Good understanding of production processes (molding, curing, finishing is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, quality standards, or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work on shopfloor daily.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with production and suppliers.
• Eager to learn, proactive and flexible with shift/work schedule requirements.
