Job Description

Quality Assurance Executive/ Manager

Job Brief:

We are looking for a candidate to head and develop quality assurance department of the company, including incoming, in process and outgoing quality in the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop quality parameters for all incoming, in process and outgoing products of the company. • Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
Develop and maintain 5S culture in the company.
Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
4 to 6 years' relevant work experience
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
