Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer at the Machinery Manufacturing Company in Vatva, Ahmedabad, your responsibilities will include: - Must have Experience in Pharma machinery - In process Inspection - Keep aware of all kind of QC check - Visit vendor for pre-delivery Inspection - Incoming Inspection of Material - Verify material TC as per Standard Requirement - Make & Maintain Daily QC Reports - Need to carry out All Part Related Testing - Need to understand Quality Requirement for Fabrication & Machining Parts - Define The Quality Criteria/Parameter for Bought-out Inspection - Create Quality Inspection Documents - Report NC (Non-Clearance)/Rejection for Internal & External(vendor) - Visiting & training the Outsourcing Vendor for Continues Improvement - Carryout Quantitative & Qualitative Data Analysis - Maintain Instrument Calibration Records & Certificate - Set and Track Quality Goals for Vendors & internal Parts - Set guideline on what needs to be checked and what Quality Standards - Review current Designs & Quality documents - Working on ERP (STERP or relevant experience) Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role - Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures - Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Please note that the salary for this position is negotiable, ranging from 25000 to 30000, based on your interview performance.
