1.inspection of Raw Material (Sheets & Structural items) - Physical verification of RM, Dimensional check & Visual inspection and recording observation in inspection report 2. Incoming inspection of Mechanism & Operator - Visual inspection, recording of serial no, make etc. in inspection report 3. Incoming inspection of Glass - Physical verification, dimensional check, review of test certificate and recording observation in inspection report 4. In process inspection & First piece set up approval - Dimensional check and recording observation in inspection report 5. Find verification of TKE products and maintaining PDI. Recording of internal rework and rejection - Capturing rejection, working out COPQ. RCA & CA from team and submission to MSA in 2 days. RCA to be done for problem identified with high severity & repetitive nature. Displaying Quality alert in respective area 7. Daily updating SQDCC board to be updated on daily basis and weekly report to be submitted to MSA with action plan 8. Documentation part related to QMS_ (related to Quality Function) - Calibration report of instrument, welding machine, stud welding, pressure gauges etc. Welder Qualification, Process validation of special processes such as painting, welding and gluing (3M PU sealant). Timely submission of PPAP for new parts developed, Timely submission of 8D to customer in case of turn back 9. Periodic testing of guide clip, wedge socket and RM - To periodically conduct breaking load test for kit wedge socket after every 2000 pieces are manufactured, same for guide clip and RM twice a year 10. Maintaining Dossier of all orders, customer wise in separate box file allocated for each customer - Test certificate of Raw material_ SS and designer sheet, machine test certificate, operator and mechanism test certificate, wire rope test certificate, approved order form, GAD etc 11. Weekly review of QA performance (as discussed on every Tuesday) - Submitting MIS in proper PPT format with details of open and close action. COPQ, Continual improvement. 12. Traceability of Kit wedge socket.
