Job Title: QA Engineer (Web Applications)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with over 5 years of experience in testing modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual and automated testing of component-based UIs, APIs, and web platforms. This role requires close collaboration with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing of React/Next.js applications.
Validate REST and GraphQL APIs, including authentication, authorization, and performance.
Conduct responsive design, cross-browser, and accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1 AA).
Log and manage bugs using tools like Jira and Asana; manage test cases with Zephyr, TestRail, or qTest.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA reviews.
Provide clear and concise documentation and stakeholder updates.

Required Skills:

Strong QA/testing experience in modern web application development.
Proficiency in UI and API testing.
Solid understanding of version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of web security standards (OWASP, GDPR, CCPA).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Test automation experience (Cypress, Playwright, Jest, React Testing Library).
Familiarity with Drupal, CMS workflows, and JSON:API.
Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), performance testing, and analytics validation.
Knowledge of AWS, Acquia Cloud, Docker, and monitoring tools (New Relic, DataDog, Sentry).
