Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Engineer located in Vadodara, with some work from home being acceptable. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks will include quality control of manufacturing processes, implementation of QA/QC procedures, and conducting non-destructive testing (NDT). The role also involves coordinating with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve product standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures
• Proficiency in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods
• Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance
• Project management skills and ability to work with production and engineering teams
• Relevant educational background, preferably a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the oil & gas, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
