Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the quality department for electrical control panels.
Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
Plan, conduct, and manage internal audits and coordinate external audits for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and SOPs.
Maintain and update quality documentation, records, and manuals.
Inspect and test panels to ensure compliance with IEC, IS, UL, and customer specifications.
Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Train team members on ISO standards and quality best practices.
Collaborate with design and production teams to improve processes and reduce defects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in quality management for electrical control panels.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and audit processes.
Proven experience in conducting ISO 9001:2015 audits (internal and external).
Familiarity with electrical standards and testing procedures.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred:

Experience with PLC panels, MCC panels, and automation systems.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
