Position Summary

Quality Documentation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and manage

  SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans, Checklists

  , and related documentation.
• Ensure all documents meet compliance requirements for

  ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001

  , and customer-specific standards.
• Lead documentation efforts for

  APQP and PPAP

  processes across new and existing projects.
• Support

  internal, customer, and third-party IMS audits

  by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant safety documentation and support alignment with EHS policies.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and EHS teams to keep documentation reflective of current operations.
• Manage document control systems using platforms like

  SharePoint, QMS software

  , or other document management tools.
• Conduct training on documentation changes and ensure document accessibility across teams.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement in the documentation process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in

  Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering

  , or a related discipline.

• 5–8 years

  of experience in

  Quality Documentation

  or

  Quality Systems

  in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in

  APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans

  , and

  Process Flow Diagrams

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  IMS audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

  and

  OSHA documentation

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Office, SharePoint

  , and other document control systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor

  or

  Lead Auditor

  certification.
• Experience in the

  renewable energy

  or

  heavy fabrication

  industry.
• Familiarity with

  ISO 45001

  and

  ISO 14001

  implementation.
