Job Description – QC Executive / QC Technician

Department: Quality Control (QC)
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Location: Por, Vadodara, Gujarat
Industry: CT/PT Manufacturing / Electrical Components Manufacturing

Role Overview:

The QC Executive will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process components, and finished CT/PT products. The role requires attention to detail, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to follow industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming material inspection, verifying quality as per specifications.
• Conduct in-process inspection during manufacturing of CT/PT components.
• Carry out final inspection before dispatch and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain QC documentation, reports, and test records.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Megger, HV Tester, etc.
• Identify defects and communicate with production for corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality guidelines.
• Assist in calibration and upkeep of all QC instruments.
• Support QA/QC auditors during internal and external audits.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of mechanical measurements and inspection tools.
• Basic understanding of CT/PT manufacturing processes (preferred).
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Teamwork and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
