Quality Controller (QC) Manager

· With over a decade of experience in the electric panel board industry, now we are expanding our offerings to include low voltage switchgears like MCB, MCCB, ACB, and DBs and TTA Panels .

Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical control panels meet the company’s quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical control panels at various stages of production.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas of improvement in the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and test data.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Recommend corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance product quality.
• Train production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control within electrical or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical control panels, wiring, components, and testing methods.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
