Quality Controller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Controller to oversee the manufacturing quality of baby products made through plastic and silicone injection moulding processes. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of moulding parameters, visual and dimensional inspection, and compliance with ISO 9001 and BIS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and final inspections for baby care products (feeding bottles, teethers, sippers, etc.) produced via plastic and silicone moulding.
• Monitor and control product quality parameters to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and moulded components for visual defects, dimensions, and functional performance.
• Maintain and implement quality control procedures as per ISO 9001:2015 and BIS requirements.
• Record and analyze inspection results, identify root causes for defects, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure calibration and upkeep of all measuring instruments and testing equipment.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support internal and external audits related to quality systems and product compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation for traceability, inspection reports, and product testing logs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic injection moulding and/or silicone moulding industry.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) requirements for baby products.
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauge, etc.) and quality testing equipment.
• Knowledge of moulding process parameters, defect analysis, and quality control methods.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience in baby care or consumer plastic products manufacturing.
• Familiarity with testing procedures for BPA-free plastics, silicone safety, and food-grade standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
