Quality Control Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QC Executive to join our team and ensuring that the manufacturing process meets established standards.. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures in a laboratory setting.  Design and conduct analytical tests to evaluate the chemical and physical properties of products or materials.  Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.  Analyze and report on test results, including deviations from expected results and any corrective action taken.  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.  Maintain documentation and records of all tests performed, including results and procedures used.  Collaborate with production teams to identify and troubleshoot quality issues.  Conducting tests and analysis on products and raw materials  Identifying and troubleshooting potential issues in the manufacturing process  Providing feedback on product quality to management  Ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations  Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all tests and analysis conducted Skills and Qualifications  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.  Experience working in a quality control role within a laboratory environment.  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.  Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.  Experience with regulatory requirements and quality standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and GMP.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
