Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Engineer to ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards. The role involves inspecting, testing, and auditing manufacturing processes, identifying defects, and working closely with production teams to implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process and final product inspections according to quality standards.

Perform testing, measurement, and documentation using QC tools (Vernier Caliper, Micrometre, Gauge, etc.).

Monitor and analyse production processes to ensure compliance with specifications.

Identify defects, non-conformities, and root causes; coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.

Support implementation of quality systems such as ISO 9001 / ISO standards (if applicable).

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and design teams to resolve quality issues.

Ensure calibration and proper handling of measuring instruments.

Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/5S).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related engineering field.

2–4 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of QC tools, measurement instruments, and inspection methods.

Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,032.70 - ₹30,000.00 per month
