Quality Control Deputy Managers – Semiconductor Construction Project (Gujarat, India)

About the Role

We are looking experienced and proactive Quality Control Managers and Deputy Managers to lead quality assurance for a high-profile semiconductor construction project in Gujarat. Candidates with a degree or diploma and proven experience in Singapore construction projects are highly encouraged to apply. Hindi-speaking professionals are preferred to facilitate effective on-site communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of quality control systems and procedures across the project.
• Supervise and mentor quality control teams, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, inspection plans, and audit schedules.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and contractor teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality meetings.
• Report on quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in quality management roles within Singapore construction projects (semiconductor sector experience is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for effective on-site coordination.
• Willingness to be based in Gujarat for the duration of the project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
