Quality Control Inspectors – Semiconductor Construction Project (Gujarat, India)

About the Role

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors for a major semiconductor construction project in Gujarat, India. This position is ideal for individuals with a degree or diploma and hands-on experience in Singapore construction projects. We especially welcome candidates who are proficient in Hindi to ensure smooth communication with our on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues or deviations, and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in regular quality meetings and site audits.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control within Singapore construction projects (semiconductor sector experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Hindi is preferred to support effective site communication.
• Willingness to be based in Gujarat for the duration of the project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
