Quality Control Assistant

Position: Quality & Operations Executive Job Description: We’re hiring a Quality & Operations Executive to monitor daily call and meeting quality, identify improvement areas, and ensure smooth communication flow within the team. The role involves reviewing recorded or live calls and meetings, scoring them based on professionalism, accuracy, and clarity, and sharing feedback for improvement. You’ll also conduct short daily team meetings or training sessions to maintain performance standards, motivate the team, and ensure everyone follows scripts and company guidelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, confident in communication, and passionate about improving team effectiveness and customer experience. Key Skills Required Quality & Communication: Strong command over English and Hindi (spoken & written) Experience in call monitoring / meeting evaluation / feedback sharing Can identify tone, empathy, accuracy, and process compliance issues Confident to conduct daily briefings, refreshers, or training sessions Operational Skills: Excellent coordination and follow-up habits Capable of maintaining trackers, reports, and performance sheets Good understanding of team dynamics and performance management Technical Skills: Comfortable with Google Sheets, Drive, Docs, and CRM dashboards Can handle call recordings / meeting recordings efficiently Familiar with Zoom / Meet / WhatsApp Business tools Personality Traits: Observant, fair, and professional Calm yet assertive when delivering feedback Consistent, disciplined, and team-focused Self-driven with leadership and training instincts
