Quality Coach

Job Description: Join UnboundB2B team, a leading demand generation company, on their journey to global success. As a Quality Coach, your role will involve monitoring calls and coaching Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to enhance performance and call quality. You will analyze dispositions, provide insights for coaching, and conduct need-based trainings to improve call quality. Additionally, you will ensure calibration of process standards, audit call notes, and oversee lead handover for better quality. Your responsibilities will also include providing learning and coaching opportunities to program teams and collaborating with supervisors for corrective actions. Prepare reports, manage relevant data, and drive consistency in program performance and coaching plans. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor calls and coach BDRs for performance enhancement and call quality - Conduct disposition analysis and provide insights for coaching - Prepare TNA and offer insights for the Ops department - Conduct need-based trainings to enhance call quality - Ensure calibration of process standards and drive consistency - Audit call notes and lead handover for improved quality - Provide learning and coaching opportunities to program teams - Prepare reports and manage data for program performance and coaching plans Qualifications: - College Degree in any stream - Experience in coaching and understanding of coaching concepts - Engaging with international clientele - Effective communication using American dialect - Desirable experience in BDR/SDR roles, SQL/BANT/Appointment Gen campaigns, drafting call notes, leading QA Team, working in cold call centers, and business acumen in B2B lead generation industry About UnboundB2B: UnboundB2B is trusted by 300+ B2B brands for building pipelines, capturing demand, and scaling revenue for SaaS and IT leaders.
