Job Title

Quality Assurance_IT_SSCAs a Quality Assurance Officer in the IT Shared Service Center, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and services. You will be involved in all stages of the software development process, from initial specification to final testing. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality and usability.

Principal Accountabilities

Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify any bugs or issues.Perform API testing to ensure the software's interoperability and functionality.Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases to validate data integrity and perform back-end testing.Manage and execute test cases using test management tools.Collaborate with the development team to understand product updates and ensure they are properly tested.Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the quality of the product.Use business and commercial acumen to understand the impact of software issues on our business and prioritize testing accordingly.Maintain a global mindset, understanding the needs and requirements of users in different regions.Demonstrate entrepreneurship by proactively identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.Uphold the highest standards of people excellence, working collaboratively with team members and fostering a positive work environment.Apply critical thinking skills to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Manage product and service management, ensuring that all IT applications meet the required standards.Ensure information security by testing for vulnerabilities and ensuring that all software meets our security standards.
