Job Description

Functional Tester

Understand and analyse business, functional, and technical requirements
.Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
.Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing manually
.Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools like JIRA, Redmine, etc
.Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and QA status meetings
.Work closely with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues
.Prepare and maintain test documentation such as test plans, test scripts, and test reports
.Ensure testing is completed on time and meets the defined quality standards
.Provide feedback and suggestions to improve software usability and performance

Knowledge of databases and ability to write basic SQL querie
