Job Description

Experience: 2 - 4 years

CTC: 3.6 - 5 LPA

Location: Noida Sector 63

QA Tester

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure application functionality, reliability, and performance
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, etc.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing
Conduct regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing
Participate in sprint planning and reviews; contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Prepare test data and maintain comprehensive test documentation and reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2–4 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation)
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, TestNG, etc.
Good knowledge of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
