Quality Assurance Technician

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all external and internal requirements are met before our products reach our customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspection procedures, monitoring the quality of the product throughout production stages, and developing Management Information System (MIS) for quality measurement. Here are the key responsibilities you will be entrusted with: - Conduct effective PP meetings with vendors - Carry out in-line and final inspection at vendor locations - Monitor the quality of the product at various production stages - Develop MIS for quality measurement and recording quality - Monitor the performance of suppliers of raw materials - Set quality standards for the factory following buyers" requirements and guidance - Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing technical data - Bridge merchandisers, factories, and customers on quality communication - Interact effectively with the Technical and Production team to maintain product quality and ensure target dates are achieved - Supervise sample evaluation and production approvals by reviewing measurements, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc. - Conduct Risk Analysis to ensure satisfactory product performance - Establish SOPs for production and preparatory processes to achieve right first-time quality - Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output - Report all malfunctions to production executives for immediate action - Reinforce quality assurance measures Qualifications and Education Requirements: - Graduate with relevant experience or B. Tech in Textiles or Diploma in Textile Engineering Preferred competencies & Skills: - Technical skills: Garment inspection based on AQL, Garment Measuring Skills, Pattern measuring skills, Presentation skills, Effective communication skills - Other Skills: Customer orientation, learning proficiency, planning and organizing, team player, influencing, problem solving, decision making, leadership skills If you possess a background in Textile, Garment, Retail, or Export Houses, this role in Quality Assurance could be a perfect fit for you.,
