Detect and document defects such as stains, fabric damage, incorrect stitching, loose threads, missing or loose hooks, buttons, zippers, etc. Perform minor repairs or adjustments when necessary. Conduct in-line and final inspections before stocking out apparel. Maintain consistency in size, measurements, labeling, and overall garment presentation. Collaborate with production and design teams to address quality issues. Keep accurate inspection reports and quality records. Recommend process improvements to reduce future defects. Requirements include proven experience in garment inspection or quality control, especially in a fashion or apparel environment. Basic stitching knowledge and hands-on experience with minor garment fixes. Strong attention to detail, understanding of fabric types, and garment construction. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple tasks. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
