Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced QA Team Lead to oversee our quality assurance processes and guide a team of skilled testers. This is a full-time on-site position based in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals
Design and implement test strategies, both manual and automated
Analyze technical specifications and develop detailed test plans
Develop automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Postman, TestNG, and JMeter
Monitor QA metrics and ensure release readiness
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment
Promote continuous improvement in testing practices and processes

Candidate Requirements:5–6 years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with API testing and CI/CD pipelines
