Quality Assurance Team Lead

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing test plans to ensure objectives are met, monitoring test scripts for functionality, reliability, and quality assessment, automating test cases, executing sanity tests during deployments, providing status updates to stakeholders, investigating product issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. To excel in this role, you should have over 10 years of QA experience, proven expertise as a Quality Analyst, meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in QA databases and applications, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing, and familiarity with Selenium and Tosca scripting.
