QA Lead

Experience: 10+Location: RemoteDuration: 1month (Extendable)We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to drive ourautomation testing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in softwaretesting and automation, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive automation testingstrategy tailored to project needs.Framework Development: Design and maintain robust automated test frameworks usingtools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.Test Script Creation: Write, review, and execute automated test scripts to ensure highsoftware quality.Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to integrate automated tests intothe CI/CD pipeline.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members on bestpractices in test automation.Reporting: Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and present findings tostakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhanceoverall testing efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in QA automation, with a focus on leading automation efforts.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java. Python, or JavaScript.Experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, JUnit. TestNG).Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g.. Jenkins, GitLab Cl).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in agile environments.Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g.. JMeter. LoadRunner) is a plus.Relevant certifications in QA or automation.
