You will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the Android platform and is proficient in both Java and Kotlin. Familiarity with Jetpack Compose is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 3. Work with outside data sources and APIs. 4. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. 5. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. 6. Maintain and improve the existing codebase and peer-review code changes. Knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. 5. Familiar with modern architectural patterns such as MVVM or MVP. 6. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with Jetpack Compose. 2. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and mobile testing frameworks. 3. Exposure to cloud services like Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud. 4. Published one or more Android apps in the Google Play Store.
