In this role you’ll make an impact by

• Being primarily responsible for delivering comprehensive technical documentation packages in response to global customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on contributing to the quality and timely delivery of information related to customer inquiries.
• Responding to customers involves reviewing documentation related to product, production process, regulatory compliance and certifications.
• Ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive monitoring and data analysis to support continuous improvements.
• Contributing to team projects and be a team player.
  

Potentially Relevant Experience

• Hold a Master’s degree or B. Tech in Food sciences/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/ Nutraceuticals.
• Have 8-10 years of work experience in Quality Assurance in food/ beverage/ biotechnology industry.
• Should have good understanding of FSMS and QMS.
• Knowledgeable about certifications, local and global regulations including US-FDA, EU standards, FSSAI.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Skilled in using applications like SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization and process automation (such as Power BI, Power Automate or similar) is a plus.
