Overview of the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our mobile security app team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients’ security products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and reliability. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with software engineers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily scrums as part of an Agile development process
• Create and maintain test documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices for QA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with various testing types: manual, automated, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
