We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
We’re building innovative healthcare apps — Mannkaa (mental health), Pa Seva (home healthcare & scheduling), and Mat of Life (fall-prevention) — and we need a Quality Assurance Manager to make sure everything we release meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
📍 Location: Gurgaon in India- No remote.
💼 Role: Full-time | Leadership Level
Salary: RS. 400,000 plus Bonuses

🔎 What You’ll Do
• Lead QA strategy across mobile and web applications
• Build and manage a QA team (manual + automation)
• Implement automation frameworks + CI/CD pipelines
• Drive bug-free releases with Agile/Jira workflows
• Collaborate with global dev + product teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years in QA, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong with Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman
• Experience in mobile, web, and API testing
• Hands-on with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab)
• Excellent communication + leadership skills across global teams
