Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function and oversee all aspects of inspection, compliance, and process improvement. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality across our operations, while also driving the ongoing development of our ISO 9001:2015 QMS and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern inspection techniques, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT), along with a passion for building scalable quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Inspection:

Lead all QA activities including incoming, in-process, and final inspection of precision, mechanical components and assemblies.

Supervise the calibration management of the companies inspection and manufacturing equipment, including CMMs, precision instruments, welding sets etc

Manage and ensure competency in NDT techniques including UT and Dye Penetrant Testing of welds.

Coordinate with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.

ISO 9001 Management Compliance:

Maintain and enhance the company s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Conduct internal audits and prepare for customer and third-party audits.

Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain documentation such as quality manuals, procedures, inspection reports, and non-conformance records.

Continuous Improvement Problem Solving:

Spearhead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Whys, CAPA, and FMEA.

Lead quality-related investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Promote a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and process discipline across the organization.

Team Leadership Development:

Manage and mentor a team of QA inspectors, technicians, and document controllers.

Conduct training and skill development for QA/QC personnel in inspection methods, standards, and tools.

Qualifications Experience

Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASNT Level II) are an advantage.

Experience: 8 10 years of quality assurance experience in precision manufacturing or rotating equipment industries.

Hands-on experience with CMM, UT, DPT, and other inspection methodologies.

In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, quality tools, and manufacturing processes.

Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.

Proficient in using quality and ERP (SAP) systems for tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
