Quality Control Manager

Role Overview

Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Food Safety

• Develop, implement, and maintain

  quality control systems

  in line with FSSAI and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with

  food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and statutory guidelines

  .
• Conduct

  regular quality checks and audits

  of raw materials, production processes, packaging, and finished goods.
• Oversee

  sample testing

  (microbiological, chemical, sensory, and nutritional).
• Investigate customer complaints related to quality and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Food Technology or related field

  .

• Experience:

  Minimum

  1-2 years

  of relevant work experience in

  quality control/assurance

  within the food & beverage or poultry sector.
• Strong knowledge of

  FSSAI regulations, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and food safety standards

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  laboratory testing and audits

  .
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
