The Infrastructure Quality Manager

The role demands active participation and representation in incident meetings and Change (CHG) leadership forums, driving both preventative and transformative initiatives.

A key focus will be on optimizing delivery processes, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing testing quality outcomes for Infrastructure and Info Security Changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure quality assurance across all towers and components, instilling best practices and robust testing methodologies.
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate team leads to assure consistent quality and performance across local and offshore teams.
• Represent infrastructure operations in incident and change management meetings, advocating for proactive risk mitigation, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with Application representatives and business stakeholders to ensure seamless User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Assurance, integrating automation and optimization.
• Leverage ITIL and SDLC processes to drive change management, incident management, and problem management, safeguarding production stability and client impact.
