The company offers more than 20,000 specialized high-grade alloy and stainless steel fastener-related products, ensuring consistently high quality through strict checks at every manufacturing stage. Deepak Fasteners is ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and BS OHSAS 18001 certified and their products meet or exceed international standards like DIN, ISO, ASTM, IS, and BS. The company is known for customized fasteners made as per customer designs and specific project requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Sehore. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the entire quality control process to ensure products meet strict quality standards. The individual will conduct audits, develop and implement quality management systems, oversee quality inspections, manage the QA team, and collaborate with other departments to resolve any quality issues.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and quality assurance methodologies
Skills in developing and implementing quality management systems
Proficiency in quality inspections, research, and documentation
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, QA/QC) are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
